Temporary Fencing and its Uses
Temporary fencing is easy to transport, set up and remove again making it the perfect solution for short term requirements, however both individuals and businesses need temporary fencing for a variety of other reasons.
The steel panels are galvanized with a durable coating making them very resilient in most weather conditions and will withstand the elements for several years. The plastic feet include UV inhibitors which help against fading, however with our potent New Zealand sun the feet do tend to fade over time.
Temporary Fencing Uses
There are a multitude of applications for temporary fencing, below are just a few examples:
- Security fencing around construction sites
- Event fencing and crowd control
- Temporary animal runs
- General access prevention
- Hazard control
Clients ask us regularly if they can set the temporary fencing up themselves, the simple answer is yes anyone can set up the fencing. We do suggest if you haven’t done this before to leave it to the professionals as its important to make sure the fence line is stable, fitted correctly and braced sufficiently for windy days. The last thing anyone wants is for a damage bill due to fence panels falling over or the fence line going over in the wind.
Of course there are a multitude of companies out there hiring temporary fencing out, most include set up/dismantling services and also delivery and pick up services.
